Open Call 2026

Rising Waters Collective is all about celebrating the artists who live and work in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking performers and directors who reside in the region to join us for our 2026 & 2027 seasons, which includes two mainstage productions and a variety of concerts throughout the year.

We are committed to showcasing artists of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and stages of career, from early-career to deeply established. If you bring curiosity, craft, and a desire to tell stories with care and clarity, there is a place for you here.

We’re a Seattle-based company that values strong artistry, collaboration, and showing up as your full human self. If that sounds like you, read on.
