How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase through our website or, availability permitting, at the door on the night of the performance.
Do you offer discounts?
Availabiltiy permitting, TeenTix passholders are entitles to $5 day of tickets.
Refunds and Exchanges
Subject to availability, if you are unable to attend a performance, you will be eligible for a complimentary exchange for a future performance in the same season. Exchanges may be requested up until the performance curtain time, and ticket buyers will be asked to pay the difference in price should the replacement performance ticket price exceed that of the original ticket. Requests for exchanges can be made by emailing: info@risingwaterscollective.org
Ticket Donations
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Rising Waters Collective where we will gladly gift them to patrons who ****.
Ticket donations must be received prior to the performance. Once your donated tickets are received by Rising Waters Collective, a tax receipt will be mailed to you approximately three weeks after the performance date. If you choose to donate your ticket in person at the box office, a tax receipt will be issued at within the same timeframe.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets will be available to collect at the venue at the Will Call desk. Patrons may also purchase seats on the day of the event as well.
Accessibility
Rising Waters Collective is dedicated to making our performances and events accessible to all. Please visit our Plan Your Visit page to learn about each venue's accessibility access for parking and seating for disabled patrons.
Are there cushions available?
A limited amount of cushions will be available to borrow at each performance. Please visit the Will Call desk or ask any Rising Waters Collective volunteer at the venue for more information.
Dress Code
Come as you are! Rising Waters Collective believes that art is for everyone and dress codes should not be a barrier to access. We recommend you dress comfortably. Many attendees will dress more formally for evening performances and gala concerts.
Are your performances child-friendly?
While we believe that opera is for everybody, the themes that Rising Waters Collective explored can be considered mature. We will include content warnings on each production's webpage and will be happy to address any concerns patrons have. Need to know more or have specific questions? What if I am late to the performance?
Latecomers will not be admitted to the venue space until intermission or on rare occasions when the staff has designated an appropriate interval for seating. Audience members who leave the venue space during a performance will not be readmitted until intermission or at an appropriate interval, if one has been designated by the staff.
Will food and drink be available?

Can I take pictures or video and use my phone?
Audience members are encourage to take pictures and video before and after the performance. Filming, recording, and taking pictures during the performances are prohibited without express permission as is the use of mobile electronic devices. Offenders may be asked to leave the performance and venue and will not be refunded.
What is the health and safety policy?
Rising Waters Collective will follow all recommendations for health and safety measures as outlined and updated by King County Public Health. Masks will be available for use at every performance.
