About the event
Join us for Rooted & Rising, a summer evening of song, drinks, and community in support of Rising Waters Collective—a new, locally-focused performing arts organization dedicated to powerful, place-based storytelling. Set in a peaceful outdoor space, this special fundraiser concert features pianist Jay Rozendaal, sopranos Ibidunni Ojikutu and Holly Boaz, and mezzo-sopranos Julia Benzinger and Lucy Weber.
The program offers a first glimpse at music from our upcoming season alongside works by women composers and pieces celebrating the voices, stories, and experiences of women in the Pacific Northwest.
